Patient safety is our utmost priority. Should the captain consider weather conditions unsafe, we will propose an alternate charter date or issue a complete refund. We actively monitor weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours before the set sail time if the forecast calls for concern.
Is it permissible to bring personal food and drinks on board?
Certainly, personal food and beverage items are welcome on board. We also offer top-notch culinary service with customizable menu options. Please be aware that glass containers are not allowed on the yacht for safety purposes.

Can you explain your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before sailing are fully refundable. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before departure receive half back. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the event are non-refundable unless they are due to inclement weather or mechanical malfunctions from our end.
