InfoFoyerRegistry offers exclusive yacht charter services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Corporate retreats

  • Multi-day charters

All services are based on availability and weather permitting. We hold the right to change or cease services at any moment.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservations, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide true and complete details
  • Remit the necessary deposit as established in your reservation confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is considered confirmed only after we have received your payment and given written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service to any person at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are subject to the availability of the vessel and appropriate weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are provided in € and incorporate all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter is due upon reservation
  • Balance: Required to be paid 48 hours before the time of departure
  • Additional fees (if any): Payable after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept an array of payment methods such as major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund minus processing charges
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund available

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain considers weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter to an alternative date without any extra charges
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical problems with the vessel assigned, we will try to offer an appropriate replacement. If a substitute is not available, you will receive a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers must:

  • Abide by all directions from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment when necessary
  • Disclose any health conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are banned onboard:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal materials
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages
  • Pets (unless previously permitted)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully at all times. We have the authority to cut short a charter without a refund if passenger conduct endangers safety or affects others negatively.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are responsible only for the amount you have paid for the charter. We do not hold responsibility for:

  • Injuries due to passenger recklessness
  • Personal belongings' loss or damage
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive losses
  • Delays caused by weather or events outside of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations and vessels are insured by a comprehensive marine policy. It is up to passengers to ensure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that maritime activities bear inherent dangers and you accept responsibility for your personal safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the discretion to adjust itineraries, pathways, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational necessities. We will strive to offer comparable alternative arrangements wherever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for interruptions, cancellations, or adjustments resulting from circumstances beyond our control, which include but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Closures of ports
  • Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Intellectual Property
